Abstract
This study examined influences of social relationships that are centrality of negative and positive relationships on turnover intention and verified moderator effects of leader member exchange between social relationships and turnover intention. As a results of survey analysis for 386 air force pilots, the centrality of negative relationships had positive effects, but the centrality of positive relationships had negative effects on turnover intention. We verified that leader member exchange had moderator effects between negative relationships and turnover intention. We debated present events and suggested future studies on the basis of this study results.
