학습 몰입도 관점에서 본 국제 디자인 워크숍 운영 사례연구 - 한일 학생 비교 분석을 중심으로

21세기 디자인 교육은 글로벌 협업, 문화 간 소통, 그리고 AI 등 신기술 의 융합을 요구한다. 본 연구는 국제 디자인 워크숍에 참가한 한국과 일 본 학생들의 활동을 중심으로, 국가의 문화적·교육적 차이와 AI 활용 경 험이학습성과에미치는영향에대해알아보는것을목적으로한다.대 상 학생들에게 실시한 설문조사는, 행동적·정서적·인지적 몰입, 창의성, 자율성, AI 활용 태도 등 다양한 항목에 대한 정량·정성적 분석을 실시 하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 학생들은 목표 중심적 구조와 빠른 피드백에 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 일본 학생들은 자기 탐색과 과정 중심의 몰입 이 두드러졌다. 또한, 워크숍에서의 AI 활용에 대해 몰입도가 높은 그룹 의 경우에 다른 그룹보다 학습 경험의 의미를 긍정적으로 인식하는 반 응을보이는것도큰특징이었다.본연구는이와같은분석결과를토 대로 국가 간 교육 환경의 차이, 그리고 AI 소프트웨어의 도입이 교육 에대한몰입도에좋은영향을미치고있음을제시하며,향후글로벌워 크숍 등과 같은 교육 모델에 필요한 프로그램 방향을 제안한다.
Abstract
Design education in the 21st century demands global collaboration, cultural communication, and the integration of emerging technologies such as AI. This study focuses on Korean and Japanese students participating in an international design workshop and aims to examine the effects of cultural and educational differences and AI utilization experiences on learning outcomes. Surveys conducted with the participating students included quantitative and qualitative analyses of various items such as behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement, creativity, autonomy, and attitudes toward AI utilization. The results indicate that Korean students showed higher satisfaction with goal-oriented structures and rapid feedback, while Japanese students demonstrated prominent engagement centered on self-exploration and the learning process. Additionally, the group with a high degree of engagement in AI utilization responded more positively regarding the meaningfulness of their learning experience than other groups. Based on these results, this study suggests that differences in educational environments between countries and the introduction of AI software positively influence learning engagement, and proposes directions for program development necessary for future global workshops and similar educational models.
