최근 국내 여성 암 중 유방암의 발병률이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세 이며, 이에 유방암 생존자의 예후 관리 과정에서 건강 정보 활용과 영양관 리의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 그러나 생존자들은 다양한 출처의 상충 된 정보로 인해 정보 해석과 실천 과정에서 정보 불확실성을 경험하고 있 는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 유방암 생존자의 정보 불확실성 경험을 중심 으로 영양관리의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 디지털 헬스케어 기반 서비스 디자인을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 설문조사 를 통해 정보 불확실성의 영향을 검증하고, 심층 인터뷰로 유방암 생존자의 식사 여정을 구조화하여 주요 UX 개입 지점을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 정보의 신뢰성을 높이고, 사용자의 인지 부담을 줄이는 직관적 UI, 정서적 안정을 고려한 요소를 통합한 프로토타입을 설계하였다. 이후 실시한 사용 성 평가에서는 정보 접근성, 신뢰성, 사용 편의성, 정서적 만족도 등 다양한 측면에서 유의미한 개선 효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 유방암 생존자의 실 제 경험을 기반으로 영양관리 과정에서 발생하는 정보 불확실성 문제를 구 조화하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 디자인 요소를 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
The incidence of breast cancer among Korean women is steadily increasing, highlighting the growing importance of reliable health information and nutrition management in survivorship care. However, survivors often face information uncertainty due to conflicting information from various sources, leading to challenges in understanding and applying nutritional guidance. This study analyzes these issues and proposes a digital healthcare service design to reduce information uncertainty. Literature review and surveys were conducted to assess the impact of uncertainty, and in-depth interviews were used to structure survivors’ dietary journeys, identifying key UX intervention points. Based on the findings, a prototype was developed featuring an intuitive UI and emotionally supportive elements to enhance credibility and reduce cognitive load. Usability testing confirmed improvements in information accessibility, trustworthiness, ease of use, and emotional satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it structures real-world challenges faced by breast cancer survivors and offers design elements aimed at improving their nutrition management experience.
