본 연구는 유치원 지구별 자율장학 협의회의에 대하 교사의 인식과 요구, 인식과 요구간의 차이를 알아보기 위한 것으로, 유치원 지구별 자율장학 협의회의 조직, 사업, 운영과 구성원의 역할에 대한 4개 영역 13개 문항으로 구성된 질문지를 통해 조사하였다. 그 결과 조직의 목적과 사업에서 인식보다 요구가 높게 나타났다. 운영에서도 교사의 인식과 요구간의 차이가 나타났으며 구성원의 역할 또한 인식보다 요구가 높게 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers’ perception and need for local supervisory councils of kindergartens and their differences. Results of this study were as follows: First, teachers perceived the purpose of the organization of local supervisory councils to be midway but needed importantly. Second, teachers perceived the activities in the organization of local supervisory councils to be midway but needed importantly, which meant that teachers’ need for them was higher than their perception. Third, teachers perceived local supervisory councils of kindergarten to be held one time per month, while needed the councils to be held one time per three months. Fourth, teachers perceived the roles of educational researcher, principal & vice-principal, and teachers to be performed midway, while needed to be performed very well. This also meant the teachers’ need was higher than their perception.
