조대술을 이용한 결막 봉입 낭종의 치료 1예

목적: 결막 구석의 봉입 낭종을 조대술(marsupialization)로 치료한 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 23세 여자가 1년 전 발생한 좌측 하안검 부종을 주소로 내원하였다. 전안부 검사와 전산화 단층 촬영에서 좌측 아래 결막구석에서 아래 앞쪽 안와에 이르는 주변부 검구 유착이 동반된 결막 낭종이 발견되었다. 낭종은 조대술을 통하여 효과적으로 제거되었으며 별도의 추가 시술 없이 결막구석의 재건이 이루어졌다. 결론: 검구 유착과 얕은 결막구석을 동반한 결막 봉입 낭종에서 조대술을 일차적 치료법으로 고려할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
Abstract
Purpose: We present a case with conjunctival inclusion cyst at inferior fornix treated by marsupialization. Case summary: A 23-year-old woman visited our clinic complaining of left lower eyelid swelling. Ophthalmologic examinationand CT scan showed a cystic mass from inferior conjunctival fornix to anterior orbit with shallow fornix and focalsymblepharon. The cyst was effectively removed with marsupializaion. Postoperatively, there was no recurrence of cystand the fornix was deepened. Conclusions: Marsupialization can be a considerable treatment option in conjunctival inclusion cyst, especially when accompaniedby shallow fornix and symblepharon.
