본 연구는 사이버불링 가상체험 교육프로그램개발에 대한 교육이해관계자들의 요구 및 방향성 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 활용된 연구방법은 전문가집단을 대상으로 한 FGI와 학생, 학부모, 교사를 대상으로 수행된 조사기법이다. 구체적 연구문제는 사이버불링 가상체험 교육프로그램 개발에 있어 교육의 대상과 시기, 교육내용 구성, 그리고 활용도 등에 관한 것이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 집단별 인식에서 교육프로그램의 대상은 모든 학생이어야 한다는 응답이 가장 많았고, 교육 시기에 대한 조사에서 전문가 집단과 학생집단은 중학생 시기여야 한다는 인식이 가장 높았으나 교사와 학부모 집단은 그 보다 이른 시기인 초등고학년 시기여야 한다는 인식이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교육프로그램 활용에 대한 인식은 집단별로 모두 높았으나 학부모와 교사집단에 비해 상대적으로 학생집단은 회의적인 반응을 보였다. 셋째, 교육 내용구성의 중요도에 대한 요구에서 집단별 차이는 학생집단이 다른 내용영역에 비해 상대적으로 행동영역에 관한 요구를 높게 느끼고 있었고, 학부모는 결정과 행동영역에서, 그리고 교사는 공감영역에서 내용구성의 중요도를 높게 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 교육내용 구성에 대한 요구별 교육프로그램 활용도에서 학생의 경우 교육 프로그램 내용구성 중요도에서 생각영역에 대한 요구가 높을 경우 가상체험 교육프로그램 활용도가 높았고, 교사의 경우 행동영역에 대한 요구가 높을 경우 교육프로그램의 활용도를 높게 인식하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육이해관계자들의 요구를 파악하여 보다 효과적인 사이버불링 가상체험 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 실증적 근거를 제시하고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and possible direction of educational stakeholders to develop a virtual simulation-based educational program for anti-cyberbullying. FGI for professional groups and survey research for students, parents, and teacher groups in Busan were accomplished in order to fulfill the purposes of this research. The results of this research were as follows: 1) all study subjects were clearly perceived as being the‘total students’as the subject of the educational program. However, the perception of the age at which it was considered to most appropriate to participate in the Virtual Anti-Cyberbullying program was divided into two different age groups, middle school and upper level elementary school; 2) the needs of application were highly perceived for all groups, however, the students themselves appeared to be relatively skeptical; 3) the needs of precise educational content itself showed significantly different results according to each group; 4) the application needs of such an educational program, in terms of the differences of the content needs was predicted differently as well.
