기업 e-Learning의 무형식학습 특성에 대한 사례연구

본 연구는 무형식학습으로서의 기업 e-Learning이 갖고 있는 전환 과정과 특징이 무엇인지를 파악하는데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 무형식학습의 특성과 정도를 판단할 수 있는 학습의 연속체 개념을 추출하였으며, A사의 사례를 통해 온라인훈련 중심에서 지식경영과 수행지원 중심으로 전환하는 과정, 그리고 대표적인 세 개의 콘텐츠가 갖고 있는 무형식성의 수준을 분석하였다. 연구의 결론으로서 향후 기업 e-Learning이 무형식학습으로 발전하기 위한 실제적, 이론적 시사점들이 제안되었다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the process and the features of corporate e-Learning as a form of informal learning. For this purpose, the concept of learning continuum is extracted through literature review, which is applied to analyze the e-Learning case of 'A' company. In sum, this study suggests practical and theoretical implications that would lead to the development of corporate e-Learning as informal learning.
