초록
France is a developed country where women's economic participation is high and also the TFR(total fertility rate) is 1.98, second highest score following the Ireland. When Korea wants to go forward to this kin of demographic structure, we should learn the lesson from the French case. France, differently from Sweden where the family allowance is given by the government to the individual, supports the family directly with allowance and complement. The purpose of the family policy in France is to help mother not to choose either the career and the rearing child. Therefore under the family support system. women can keep both their career and family life. With his policy, French women do not need to postpone to be a mother. However, with this statist support, women ought to be charged in both the professional life and the family life.
