Cytotoxic and antifungal activities were strongly shown by Fr. 4 (218 mg, P388 IC50 652 ng/mL at 75 μg/disc, IC50 834 ng/mL at 30 μg/disc and HM 8). The subfraction 4 - 3 that showed the most activity was cytotoxic to murine leukaemia cells ATCC CCL 46 P388D1, (44.0 mg, P388 IC50 302 ng/mL at 30 μg/disc).
Abstract
