본 연구는 취업시각장애인이 지각하는 직장내 사회적 지지가 이직의사에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 전국 시각장애인복지관을 통해 일반사업체에 취업한 시각장애인 97명을 대상으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 첫째, 이직의사의 수준은 보통 수준이었고, 보통(3.0) 이상인 비율은 62%로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장내 사회적 지지의 수준은 보통 수준이었고, 보통(3.0) 미만인 비율은 44%로 나타났다. 셋째, 직장내 사회적 지지가 이직에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었고, 하위영역인 실질적 지지가 정신적 지지 보다 이직의사에 대해 다소 높은 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 취업시각장애인의 이직감소와 고용유지를 위해 직장내 사회적 지지, 즉 직장내 동료 관계 형성과 지지를 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발과 사후관리 담당자의 보다 적극적인 개입이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social support on the turnover intention of the visual impaired in a workplace. So this study investigated 97 employees with visual impairment and conducted t-test, F test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major finding of the study were as follows:First, the overall level of the socal support is average level and the visual impaired being lower than the average level is 44%. Second. the overall level of the turnover intention is average level and the visual impaired being higher than the average level is 62%. Third, the Social supoort affects the turnover intention of employees with visual impairment significantly. the turnover intention is diminished according to the social support. Therefore, we need to develop a systemic programs improving the social support in a workplace.
