장애인의 생활만족도와 취업욕구의 관계에서 장애수용의 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 비경제활동 장애인구 중 진로발달단계에서 직업 확립기에 있는 대상자들의생활만족과 취업욕구의 관계에서 장애수용이 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 분석은 한국장애인고용공단에서 조사한 장애인고용패널 3차년(2010)도 자료를 이용하였으며, 불성실한 응답자를 제외하고 최종 473명(남자 256명, 여자 217명)의 데이터를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계치, 구조모형검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 진로발달단계의 확립기에 있는 비경제활동 장애인의 생활에 대한 만족과 취업욕구의 관계를 장애수용이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과가 시사하는 바와 연구의 제한점이 논의 되었다.
Abstract
This study examined whether acceptance of disability is mediated in the relationship between life satisfaction and needs for employment for the subjects among the disabled of not economically active population. The subjects of this study are limited to the disabled who are in the period for establishment of jobs in the career development. The study utilized data, which are total 473persons,male 256 and female 217, except those insincerely responded, from the materials of the third employment panel for the disabled by Korean Employment Agency for the Disabled, and conducted descriptive statistics and structure-models verification, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, As a result of the study, acceptance of disability is mediated completely in the relationship between life satisfaction and needs for employment for the disabled who are in the period for establishment of career among not economically active population. Lastly,implications and limitations of the study are discussed.
