정신장애인의 직업재활을 위한 동기강화 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과

본 연구의 목적은 동기강화상담이론을 접목한 집단미술치료프로그램이 직업재활성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 D시 소재의 J사회복귀시설에서 사회적응훈련을 받고 있는 정신장애인이었으며, 학력, 성별, 연령 등을 고려하여 무선적으로 20명을 선정하였으며, 동질성을 확보하고, 선발적 변수를 최소화하기 위해 일반적 사항과 Wechsler 지능검사(K-WAIS) 및 간이정신진단 검사(SCL-90R)를 실시하고 t-test를 통해 실험집단과 비교집단에 10명씩 배치하였다. 본 연구의 실시기간은 2008년 1월 2일부터 2008년 2월 27일까지 주 2회 60분간 총 15회기로, 미술활동(40분), 느낌나누기(20분)로 진행하였다. 본 연구는 동기강화상담 이론을 토대로 집단미술치료프로그램에 적합한 미술 매체와 활동은 본 연구자가 연구목적에 맞게 구성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 정신장애인을 대상으로 한 동기강화미술치료가 정신장애인의 직업탐색효능감, 자기 효능감, 직업준비기능을 높여 궁극적으로 직업재활성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.
Abstract
The research aims at how a group art therapy, which integrates motivation intensified counseling theory influences vocational rehabilitation. The object of study is academic background, gender and age-considered random sample of twenty people with mental disability who are getting society adaptation training in a halfway house. In order to minimize entropy and selecting variables K-WAIS, an intelligence test and a simple psychognosis as an examination of symptom were performed, and then through T-test, twenty people are divided into an experiment group and a comparison group. This research was proceeded from January 2 to February 27, 2008, twice a week, There were fifteen sessions, and each session consists of forty minutes of art activity and twenty minutes of feedback. This study follows the theory process of motivation intensified counseling, and refers to motivation of change analysis and effect of motivation improvement program, however the researcher reorganized media and activities according to programs for the purpose of study. In conclusion, the motivation intensified art therapy targeting persons with mental disability improves their job search efficacy, self-efficacy, and job preparation function, and has a positive effect on their vocational rehabilitation.
