초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 임금 근로 지체장애인을 대상으로 자존감의 발달궤적과 직무만족 사이의 종단적 관계를 알아보았다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 자료는 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 3차, 4차년도 사이에 수집된 자존감, 직무만족 변인이다. 이 연구는 자존감의 초기치, 변화율과 직무만족 간의 관계를 조건부 이차 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 종단적 관계를 알아보았다. 연구결과: 첫째, 자존감의 초기치 수준이 높을수록 장래의 직무만족 수준이 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 자존감의 변화율은 장래의 직무만족의 수준을 유의하게 예측하지 못하였다. 결론: 자존감의 초기치 및 변화율과 직무만족 사이의 종단적 관계를 바탕으로 임금 근로 지체장애인의 직무만족을 높이기 위한 개입 방법에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examined longitudinal relationships between trajectories of self-esteem and job satisfaction of people with physical disabilities. Method: Data of self-esteem and job satisfaction came from third to fourth year in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave(PSED). This study examined longitudinal relationships between initial value and change of self-esteem and job satisfaction using conditional second-order second-order growth curve model analysis. Results: First, higher initial level of self-esteem exhibited higher level of job satisfaction in the future. Second, higher slope of change of self-esteem didn't predicted higher level of job satisfaction in the future. Conclusion: The implications of the longitudinal relationships among initial level and change of self-esteem and job satisfaction are discussed for interventions to increase job satisfaction of physical disabilities.
