연구목적: 이 연구는 지체장애인의 자존감과 사회경제적 지위 사이의 자기회귀 교차지연효과를 알아보았다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 자료는 장애인고용패널 2차웨이브 1차, 2차, 3차년도 사이에 수집된 자존감, 주관적 사회경제적 지위, 봉급 변이이다. 이 연구는 자기회귀교차지연 모형으로 자존감과 주관적 사회경제적 지위, 봉급 간의 교차지연효과를 알아보았다. 연구결과: 구조방정식 모형 분석을 위한 측정동일성 가정은 확인적 요인분석을 한 결과 충족되었다. 모형 적합도 지수는 연구모형이 자료에 적합함을 보여주었다. 연구의 결과는 선행하는 자존감이 주관적 사회경제적 지위와, 봉급을 비일관적으로 유의하게 예측한다는 것을 보여주었다. 연구의 결과는 선행하는 주관적 사회경제적 지위와 봉급이 장래의 자존감을 비일관적으로 유의하게 예측한다는 것을 보여주었다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로 지체장애인의 자존감을 향상과 사회경제적 지위 향상을 위한 개입 방법을 논의하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study examined cross-lagged effects among self-esteem, socioeconomic status, and salary of adults with physical disabilities. Method: Data of self-esteem, socioeconomic status, and salary came from 1th to 3th year in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave(PESD). This study examined ross-lagged effects among self-esteem, socioeconomic status, and salary using an Autoregressive Cross-lagged Model (ACLM). Results: Assumptions of metric invariance for analyzing Structural Equation Modeling were satisfied through confirmatory factor analysis. The hypothesized ACLM model fitted the data well. Also, the results showed that the preceding self-esteem can predict significantly the subsequent socioeconomic status and salary. The results showed that the preceding socioeconomic status and salary can predict significantly the subsequent self-esteem. Conclusion: The researcher discussed treatment alternatives to increase self-esteem and socioeconomic status and salary for adults with physical disabilities.
