연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인 고용 관련 연구 동향을 알아보기 위해 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 장애와 고용 학회지에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 토픽 모델링 및 토픽 트렌드분석을 하였다. 연구방법: 2009년부터 2023년까지 15년간 장애와 고용 학회지에 게재된 총 480편의 논문을 대상으로 제목, 키워드, 초록을 웹 크롤링 프로그램을 이용하여 정보를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료를 잠재 디리클레 할당(Latent Dirichlet Allocation: LDA) 기법을 통해 토픽을 도출하고 비교·분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 전체 키워드 빈도 분석 결과 '장애인', ‘장애인고용’, '장애수용', ‘발달장애인', ’취업‘, '직업교육', ‘직무만족’의 순의 빈도가 제시되었다. 둘째, 토픽 모델링 기법을 통해 ①장애인 고용 효과성 검증, 심리·사회적 적응, 직무만족, ②직업재활·교육, 생활만족, 산재근로자 직업복귀, ③취업결정요인, 차별경험, 고령장애인 삶의 질, ④장애인 고용인식, 사회참여, 발달장애인 직업재활 및 고용, ⑤장애인 고용 정책 및 프로그램, 고용의 질과 같은 5개의 토픽이 추출되었다. 시기별 토픽 점유율 변화 추이를 살펴보면, 초기에는 장애인고용의 실질적 기반 확충에 중점을 두었다면, 최근 연구 동향은 개인의 삶의 질 향상, 사회적 인식 개선, 긍정 심리 등으로 확장되고 있으며, 발달장애인 고용 이슈에 관한 관심이 높아지는 추세로 분석되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 제시된 장애인 고용 연구의 다각화 추세를 반영하여, 도출된 주요 토픽들에 대한 심층적 분석과 함께 연구 결과를 장애인 고용 정책 및 프로그램 개발에 실질적으로 확대·적용해 나아간다면, 장애인 고용 연구의 현 위치 파악 및 미래 연구 방향 설정의 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study utilized text mining techniques, one of the big data analysis methods, to analyze topic modeling and topic trends of research published in the Disability and Employment journal in order to investigate research trends related to employment of people with disabilities. Method: Information was collected from a total of 480 papers published in the Disability and Employment journal from 2009 to 2023 over 15 years, including titles, keywords, and abstracts, using a web crawling program. The collected data was analyzed and compared through the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) technique to derive topics. Results: First, an analysis of the overall keyword frequency showed the following order: 'people with disabilities', 'employment of person with disabilities', 'acceptance of disabilities', 'people with developmental disabilities', 'employment', 'vocational education', and 'job satisfaction'. Second, through topic modeling, five topics were extracted: ① verifying the effectiveness of employment of PWD, psychological and social adaptation, job satisfaction, ② vocational rehabilitation/education, life satisfaction, return to work of industrial accident workers, ③ determinants of employment, experiences of discrimination, quality of life of elderly with disabilities, ④ perception of employment of PWD, social participation, vocational rehabilitation and employment of people with developmental disabilities, and ⑤ employment policies and programs for PWD, quality of employment. Looking at the trend of topic share changes over time, while initially the focus was on substantially expanding the practical foundation for employment of persons with disabilities, recent research trends are expanding to improving individual quality of life, raising social awareness, positive psychology, etc., and there is an increasing trend of interest in the issue of employment for persons with developmental disabilities. Conclusion: By reflecting the diversification trends in research on the employment of individuals with disabilities, this study offers an in-depth analysis of the key topics identified. The findings from this analysis, when strategically expanded and applied to the development of policies and programs for disability employment, hold the potential to serve as a crucial foundation for assessing the current landscape of disability employment research and for guiding the direction of future studies.
