연구목적: 본 연구는 직업재활시설에 종사하는 장애인근로자의 직업역량을 강화하기 위한 목적으로 개발된 직무훈련도구 Job activity를 활용한 직무훈련프로그램의 효과성을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 직업재활시설에 종사하는 근로장애인과 훈련장애인, 총 30명에게 직무훈련도구를 활용한 직무훈련프로그램을 적용한 후 수행결과에 대한 전후 비교를 통해 효과성을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 직무훈련을 실시한 결과, 손기능을 주로 요구하는 타공판 조립, 연필 포장과 클립 포장 과제에서 직무 수행도에 유의한 향상이 확인되었다. 과제이해도는 7개 과제활동 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 보였다. 작업태도 측면에서는 작업역할 수용, 도움 요청 능력, 작업 지속성, 작업내성, 작업집중력, 팀웤, 사회화 기능, 사회적 의사소통 기능, 과제준비, 작업동기, 작업적합성 등에서 유의한 변화가 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 효과성이 검증된 직무훈련프로그램은 직업재활시설에 종사하는 장애인근로자와 훈련생의 직무능력 향상에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Objectives: This study was conducted to find out the effectiveness of vocational training programs using job training tools for the dissemination and utilization of job training tools developed for the purpose of strengthening the vocational competencies of disabled workers engaged in vocational rehabilitation facilities. Method: After applying a vocational training program using job training tools to a total of 30 people with working disabilities and training disabilities engaged in vocational rehabilitation facilities. the effectiveness was analyzed through before and after comparison of the performance results. Results: As a result of measuring the effectiveness of vocational training programs, job performance were significantly improved in tasks that mainly require hand skills, such as the perforated board assembly, pencil packaging, and clip packaging. Task understanding level showed statistically significant changes in all seven task activities. In terms of work attitude, significant changes were observed in work role acceptance, ability to ask for help, work continuity, work tolerance, work concentration, teamwork, socialization function, social communication function, task preparation, work motivation, and work suitability. Conclusion: The vocational training program that verified its effectiveness through this study can be used as an effective training program for improving job skills for workers and trainees with disabilities engaged in vocational rehabilitation facilities.
