연구 목적: 본 연구는 임금근로 장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감과대인관계의 이중매개효과 검증을 바탕으로 임금근로장애인의 생활 만족도 향상 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법: 2023년도 장애인 고용패널 2차 웨이브 7차 조사 데이터에서 임금근로장애인 1.548명을 대상으로 Spss Wiin 27을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 독립표본 T 검증, Anova 분석을 하였으며, Macro 6를 횔용하여 이중 직렬 매개 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 임금근로 장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감과 대인관계가 이중 직렬 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 결론: 임금근로 장애인의 심리사회적 역량 , 정서적, 지원과 심리적 안정감 도모를 위해 장애 차별 해소와 인식개선 그리고 심리적 지원이 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find ways to improve the life satisfaction of people with disabilities in wage work based on the verification of the dual-mediated effect of self-esteem and interpersonal relationships on the effect of disability acceptance on life satisfaction of people with disabilities in wage work Method: In the 2023 7th survey of the 2nd wave of the Employment Panel for Persons with Disabilities, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, and ANOVA analysis were performed using SPSS WIIN 27 for 1.548 people with wage and work disabilities, and dual serial-mediated effect analysis was performed using Macro6. Results: In the effect of disability acceptance on life satisfaction of people with disabilities in wage work, it was verified that self-esteem and interpersonal relationships have a dual serial mediating effect. Conclusion: In order to promote psychosocial competence, emotional support, and psychological safety of people with disabilities in wage work, it is necessary to eliminate discrimination against disabilities, raise awareness, and provide psychological support.
