유아교육기관의 교직헌신 척도개발 연구

본 연구는 유아교사의 교직 헌신도에 관한 선행 문헌 분석을 토대로 유아 교사의 교직 헌신도 정의에 따라 ‘교사에 대한 전문 의식’, ‘유아교육에 대한 교육애’, ‘유아교육에 대한 열정’등 3개의 하위 구성 요인을 설정하고 각 요인에 대한 문항을 작성하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 방법으로 응답 결과를 검증하여 설문지를 개발하였다. 설문지의 개발 과정에서 얻어진 결과에 대한 논의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행 문헌 분석과 기존의 교사 헌신도와 관련된 연구에서 사용했던 질문지에 대한 분석 결과, 두 가지 문제점이 발견되었다. 하나는 교사의 교직 헌신도의 개념상의 문제이며, 하나는 측정 도구의 문제이다. 둘째, Tyree(1996)가 제안한 교직 헌신도의 구성 개념을 기초로 문항을 작성하여 예비 조사와 본 조사에서 2차에 걸친 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 거쳐 3개의 요인 15개 문항으로 구성된 유아교사의 교직 헌신도 질문지가 개발되었다. 3개의 구성 요인은 ‘교사에 대한 전문 의식’, ‘유아교육에 대한 교육애’, ‘유아교육에 대한 열정’으로 명명하였다.
Abstract
In this study, a kindergarten teacher the faculty of a prior analysis based on a kindergarten teacher of literature on teaching commitment made a commitment for the definition. In accordance with justice ‘a specialist against teachers’, ‘Early Childhood Education for educational love’, ‘passion for Early Childhood Education’ setting lower in the three members, including factors and for each factor draw up the item and surveys. Faculty commitment to our notional was a teacher problem and one, a matter of measurement tools. Second, Tyree (1996) write the item on the basis of existing commitment to the composition of the proposed concept car with preliminary investigation and 2 of this survey with exploratory factor analysis verifies the factors. Three factors 15 a written test after analyzing development of a kindergarten teacher is a list of questions, teaching commitment. The composition of the three drivers ‘a specialist against teachers’, ‘Early Childhood Education for educational love’, was named ‘passion for Early Childhood Education’.
