본 연구는 유아교육기관 실습지도 교사의 교수효능감을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 그 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것을목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 관련 문헌을 고찰하고, 실습지도 경험이 있는 교사와 교수들을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면담을실시하여 초기 문항을 구성하였다. 이후 전문가 내용타당도 검증과 사전조사를 거쳐 예비 문항을 수정·보완하였고, 서울·인천·경기·충청 지역의 실습지도 교사 302명을 대상으로 본 조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)을 통해 구성타당도를 검증하고, Cronbach’s α 계수를 산출하여 내적신뢰도를 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 최종 척도는 ‘의사소통’, ‘정서적 공감’, ‘문제해결능력’, ‘교수학습 지원’, ‘전문성’의 5개 하위 요인으로 구성되었고, 총 32개 문항이 포함되었다. 이 중 ‘의사소통’ 요인이 가장 높은설명력(20.36%)을 보였으며, ‘교수학습 지원’ 요인이 가장 높은 신뢰도(.917)를 나타냈다. 전체 척도의 Cronbach’s α 값은 .980으로매우 높은 내적 일관성을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 척도는 실습지도의 질을 객관적으로 평가하고, 유아교육기관에서 요구되는 실습지도 교사의 핵심 역량을 함양하는 데 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop a valid and reliable scale to measure the teaching efficacy of cooperating teachers in early childhoodeducation institutions. To this end, a comprehensive literature review was conducted based on domestic and international studies,and initial items were generated through focus group interviews with experienced cooperating teachers and early childhood educationprofessors. The preliminary items were refined through expert content validation and a pilot study. Subsequently, a main surveywas conducted with 302 cooperating teachers from the Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong regions. The collected datawere analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify construct validity, and internal consistency was assessed usingCronbach’s α. As a result, the final scale consisted of 32 items across five factors: communication, emotional empathy, problemsolvingability, teaching and learning support, and professionalism. Notably, the communication factor accounted for the largestproportion of variance (20.36%), while the teaching and learning support factor demonstrated the highest reliability (Cronbach’s α =.917). The overall internal consistency of the scale was excellent (Cronbach’s α = .980). The developed scale is expected to serve asa useful tool for objectively evaluating the quality of practicum guidance and enhancing the core competencies required of cooperatingteachers in early childhood education settings.
