간호대학생의 임종간호태도에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임종간호태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. J시에 소재한 일 대학교의 간호대학생 187명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2016년 3월 2일부터 3월 16일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수와 다중 회귀 분석을 구하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 호스피스완화 지식 평균점수는 0.46±0.09점(범위:0-1점)이였으며, 죽음 불안 평균점수는 2.62±0.27점(범위:1-4점), 임종간호태도 평균점수는 3.09±0.29점(범위:1-4점)으로 나타났다. 또한 임종간호태도는 호스피스완화 지식(r=.55, p<.001), 죽음 불안(r=-.44, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 임종간호태도에 호스피스완화 지식, 죽음 불안 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인의 설명력은 36.9%였다. 본 연구 결과에 따라 간호대학생의 임종간호태도를 향상시키기 위해서는 호스피스완화 지식을 상승시키고 죽음 불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was identify factors affecting on terminal care attitudes in nursing students. Data was collected using self reported questionnaire filled 187 nursing students in J city from March 2 to March 16, 2016. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Degree of knowledge of hospice care 0.46±0.09(range: 0-1), death anxiety 2.62±0.27(range: 1-4), terminal care attitudes 3.09±0.29(range: 1-4). Terminal care attitudes correlated with knowledge of hospice care(r=.553, p<.001), death anxiety(r=-.441, p<.001). As result of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting terminal care attitudes were knowledge of hospice care and death anxiety. And this model could explain 36.9%. Considering the finding from this study, nursing students need to imporvement program that can increase knowledge of hospice care and reduce death anxiety.
