본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교육실습만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들인 의사소통능력, 자아탄력성, 교육실습스트레스의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 사용된 설문지는 의사소통능력, 자아탄력성, 교육실습 스트레스, 교육실습 만족도에 대한 내용 284부이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 상관관계를 검토한 후, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 의사소통능력은 교육실습 스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 교육실습 만족에는 직접, 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 자아탄력성은 교육실습 스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 교육실습 만족에는 직접, 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 의사소통능력과 교육실습 만족의 관계와 자아탄력성과 교육실습 만족의 관계에서 교육실습 스트레스는 매개 효과가 있었다. 이를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 교육실습 만족도를 높이기 위하여 의사소통기술과 자아탄력성을 강화하는 프로그램의 필요성과 실습 스트레스를 조절할 수 있는 예비유아교사 지원 시스템을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between communication competence, ego - resilience, and teaching practice stress, which are factors affecting pre-service early childhood teacher's teaching practice satisfaction. The questionnaires used were 284 parts, the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0, followed by structural equation modeling. As a result, the communication competence directly affects the stress of the teaching practice and the direct and indirect influence on the satisfaction of the teaching practice. Ego-resilience directly affects the stress of the teaching practice and has direct and indirect effects on the satisfaction of the teaching practice. Relationship between communication competence and satisfaction of teaching practice, the relationship between ego-resilience and teaching practice satisfaction, the teaching practice stress had mediation effect. Based on this study, this study suggests a program to strengthen communication competence and ego-resilience in order to increase the satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers, and suggests a pre-service teacher support system that can control the stress of the teaching practice.
