여자 중·고등학생 메이크업 실태 및 메이크업 행동 요인이 자아존중감과 대인관계에 미치는 영향

위의 연구는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 여자 중·고등학생들의 경우 76.6%가 메이크업을 하고 있으며, 메이크업 정도에 따라 기초메이크업, BB크림, 아이라인, 아이셰도우, 림스틱을 바르고 있었다. 둘째, 이들의 메이크업행동 실태 및 메이크업 행동 요인이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석한 결과, 메이크업은 이들의 자아존중감에 영향을 미쳤으며 일찍 메이크업을 시작한 학생일수록 자아존중감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이들의 메이크업행동 실태 및 메이크업행동 요인이 대인관계에 미치는 영항을 분석한 결과, 메이크업을 하는 학생들이 대인관계가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 메이크업을 일찍 시작한 학생일수록 대인관계가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 메이크업행동 요인과 대인관계와의 관계는 메이크업행동 요인 중 동조성 요인과 심미성 요인, 유행성 요인, 흥미성 요인, 예의성 요인이 높을수록 대인관계가 높게 나타났고, 유행성 요인과 예의성 요인이 높을수록 대인관계가 높게 나타난 것으로로 보아 메이크업행동 요인이 대인관계에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the state of makeup among the middle and high school girls, 76.6 percent usually put on makeup. As for the degree of makeup, the largest group of the students made use of basic cosmetics, BB creams, lip products, eyeliners and eye shadows. Second, how the state of makeup was linked to self-esteem was analyzed. As a result, the students who had makeup on were ahead of the others who hadn't in terms of physical self-esteem, psychological self-esteem and self-esteem. Better physical self-esteem, better psychological self-esteem and better self-esteem were found in the students who started to put it on earlier. Third, in regard to the relationships of the state and factors of makeup behaviors to interpersonal relationship and the influence of the former on the latter, how the state of makeup was related to interpersonal relationship was analyzed. Thus, this study is of significance in that it made research on the impact of the makeup behavior factors of the middle and high school girls on their interpersonal relationships to provide useful information on how makeup behavior could contribute to the enhancement of self-esteem and interpersonal relationship.
