나눔교육이 필요한 이유는 함께 살아갈 수 있는 공존의 가치관을 형성하여 주기 때문이다. 주고받는 상호작용에 기초한 호혜적 나눔교육은 공동체의 핵심능력인 친사회적 행동을 가능하게 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 대학생에게 나눔교육프로그램을 적용하고 효과를 파악하는 것과 나눔교육이 학교 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울에 재학중인 대학생으로 단일군 전후 실험설계에 의해 이루어졌으며 나눔 지식, 태도, 실천 만족을 나눔교육 전후로 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 나눔교육프로그램에 참여한 대학생은 나눔에 대한 개인차원과 공동체차원에서 지식, 태도, 실천 그리고 만족 부분에서 향상되는 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 소속된 학교에 대한 만족도가 증가하여 나눔교육이 자신이 속한 공동체에 대한 만족도를 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 나눔교육이 소속되어 있는 집단에 긍정적인 생각을 가지도록 해 주는 것으로 간주할 수 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 나눔 교육프로그램이 대학교의 정규 교과목이나 혹은 특별한 교과목으로 편성되어 공동체 역량을 갖춘 사회인 양성에 기여하는 것이 대학교와 학생들에게 유익할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 나눔교육이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 다양한 나눔교육프로그램이 요구되고 배운 것으로 실천할 수 있는 장이 요구된다.
Abstract
The reason why sharing education is necessary is because it forms the value of coexistence that can live together. Sharing education program based on reciprocal interactions enables prosocial behavior, a core competence of the community. The study purpose is to examine to effect sharing education program and to investigate the effect of sharing education program on university satisfaction. This research used a quasi-experimental design pre and post single group and compared the knowledge, attitude, practice and satisfaction with pre and post after sharing education program. The statistical method such as descriptive statistics, paired and unpaired T-test, analysis of variance were used for the statistical analysis for the survey. We conducted a regression analysis to investigate the relation between satisfaction for the university and the effect of sharing education program. The result indicates that knowledge, attitude practice and satisfaction in the personal division and collectivistic division are improved and that the satisfaction of the university increased, and the sharing education program improved the satisfaction of the community. It can be regarded as giving a positive thought to the group to which the sharing education program is belonged. The results imply that sharing education programs can be beneficial to universities and students in contributing to the formation of a regular curriculum or a special curriculum or activity and a society with community competence. In order for the sharing education to be effective, various sharing education programs are required and a field where they can practice what they have learned is required.
