서울과 경기도의 장애인 콜택시 이용현황 빅데이터 분석 연구

본 연구는 장애인 콜택시 광역이동지원센터를 운영하고 있는 서울시 운영 자료와 경기도의 현 실태 자료 분석을 통해 센터 개선사항을 점검하고 후발 광역이동지원센터 설립을 위한 대안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울특별시(이하 서울) 장애인 콜택시 운행 빅데이타와 경기도 장애인 콜택시 운행 및 이용자 데이터를 활용하여 출발지역과 목적지역 등의 운행지역, 이용목적, 장애유형 등 이용자 특성, 탑승 소요시간과 배차지연 시간과 이유 등을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과와 그에 따른 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관내 이동의 경우, 특별교통수단 외에 대안적인 교통수단이 개발 즉, 준버스노선(저상버스) 등을 개발하여 출발지와 목적지를 다양화 할 필요가 있다는 점. 둘째, 현재 제한적으로 적용되고 있는 장애인 콜택시의 이용목적의 확대와 탄력적으로 운영되어야 한다는 점. 셋째, 휠체어 이용여부에 따라 이용할 수 있는 장애인 콜택시 유형(일반 택시 등)의 다변화. 넷째, 배차 지연시간 단축 방안을 구축할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to check the improvement of the center and to prepare an alternative for the establishment of a late - By analyzing the operation data of a metropolitan transportation support center for the people with disabilities in Seoul and the current status data of Gyeonggi-do. For this purpose, the data used in this study were the big data of Seoul mobility support center for person with disabilities and the mobility support center data and user data of Gyeonggi-do. service area, purpose of use, characteristics of user, time required for boarding, and delay time are analyzed. The results of the analysis and suggestions based on the results are as follows. First, In case of moving in the city, alternative means of transportation(In other words, developing a quasi-bus route to diversify starting and destination) should be provided besides special transportation. Second, It is necessary to expand the use of STS and to operate them flexibly. Third, diversify bus type (general taxi, etc.) which can be used depending on wheelchair use. Fourth, reduce the delay time of allocation of bus.
