Abstract
In this study, we tried to examine the mediating effect of organization-based psychological ownership and pride in the relationship between caring and organizational citizenship behavior-organization(OCBO). Survey data was collected in Weibo. Weibo is Chinese popular microblogging platform. OCBO as dependent variable is considered behaviour that is directed towards the organization, but is not a part of the role of the job description. The results showed that the 'caring -> organization-based psychological ownership -> OCBO' path and the 'caring -> pride -> OCBO' path is verified as accepting hypotheses. The implications of this study are summarized as follows: in order to activate and spread the OCBO, caring for the members in the managerial class and organization level is needed. On the other hand, caring is encouraged for members to promote the OCBO through organization-based psychological ownership and pride.
