기업들은 기업 업무의 질적 개선, 비용 감소, 고객 충성도 증가 등 기업의 전반적 경영 상태의 개선을 위해 식스시그마 경영 도입과 추진을 지속적으로 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 식스시그마 경영의 도입과 추진을 성공적으로 이끄는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 알아보았다. 본 연구에서는 식스시그마 경영의 성공 요인을 경영자 의지, 교육·훈련, 인사·보상 등으로 보고 이들 요인들과 식스시그마 경영 성과 요인에 영향을 미칠 매개 요인들인 프로세스 개선, 조직문화 변화 및 품질 개선과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 또한 이와 더불어 이들 매개 요인들과 성과 요인인 고객 만족과 경영 성과와의 관계도 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 제안된 구조방정식 모형에 대한 분석은 SmartPLS 2.0을 이용하여 행하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로 분석에는 Bootstrapping을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존 논문에서 다루고 있는 프로세스 개선과 품질 개선 외에 조직문화 변화를 매개 변수로 도입하여 성과 변수와의 관계를 알아보았다.
Abstract
Companies are introducing and progressing the six sigma management for the improvement of overall business enterprise status such as quality improvement of business process, decrease of cost, increase of customer royalty. The purpose of this study is to find factors influencing the success of six sigma management. In this study, it was considered that factors for the success of six sigma management are will of top management, education/training of employee, and personnel management/reward system. The relationship between these factors and mediation factors such as process innovation, changes of organizational culture, and quality improvement was analysed. Finally, the relationship between mediation factors and performance factors such as customer satisfaction and firm performance was also analysed. Analysis for the structural equation model suggested in this study was performed using SmartPLS 2.0. Bootstrapping was used in the path analysis. In this study, changes of organizational culture was introduced as a mediation factor besides process innovation and quality improvement that are used to be adopted in other researches.
