이 연구는 식생활교육을 통한 청소년의 심미적 감성역량 증진 효과를 평가하기 위해 푸드디자인 감성역량의 척도를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하고자 실시되었다. 심미성, 감수성, 공감능력, 소통능력의4개 요인에서 40개 문항을 개발한 후 10명의 전문가로 구성된 델파이 협의회 3회를 거쳐 내용타당도를 검증하였으며, 그 결과 총 28개의 문항이 추출되었다. 예비조사는 전국의 5개 지역 5개 중·고등학교 재학생 112명을 대상으로 2024년 10월에 수행되었다. 본조사는 5점 리커트 척도를 사용하여 2024 년 12월부터 2025년 3월까지 전국의 5개 지역 7개 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 442명을 대상으로 실시되었다. SPSS를 사용하여 요인부하량과 타당도를 평가하여 최종적으로 총 17개의 척도 문항을 확정하였다. 판별타당도는 평균분산추출값(AVE)이 요인 간 상관계수의 제곱보다 높게 나타나 확보되었다. 위계적모형 분석에서도 수렴타당도가 입증되어 각 요인이 푸드디자인 감성역량이라는 상위 개념으로 수렴됨을 확인하였다. 확정된 척도는 Cronbach’s α 값 0.92의 높은 신뢰도를 나타내어 청소년의 푸드디자인감성역량을 측정하는데 타당성과 신뢰성이 확보된 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구에서 개발된 척도는 청소년 자신이 식생활에서 함양할 수 있는 심미적 감성역량을 평가하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. 또, 청소년들의 푸드디자인 감성역량을 체계적으로 파악하고,
Abstract
This study developed and validated a measurement scale to assess the effects of dietary education on adolescents’ aesthetic–emotional competence. Forty initial items representing four factors—aesthetic sense, sensibility, empathy, and communication—were reviewed through a three-round Delphi process with ten experts, yielding 28 preliminary items. A preliminary survey with 112 adolescents and a main survey (5-point Likert scale) with 442 adolescents were conducted nationwide. Factor loadings and validity analyses using SPSS supported a final 17-item scale. Discriminant validity was confirmed as the average variance extracted (AVE) exceeded the squared inter-factor correlations, and convergent validity was verified within a hierarchical model, indicating that all factors converged onto the higher-order construct of food design emotional competence. The scale demonstrated high internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.92), establishing its psychometric soundness. The validated scale can be used to assess adolescents’ aesthetic–emotional competencies cultivated through dietary practices and to support the systematic development and evaluation of dietary education and counseling programs.
