본 연구에서는 전동킥보드 관련 태도 및 개인형 이동장치의 수용성을 가지고 개인형 이동장치의 이동성에 영향을 미치는 변인을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 344명을 대상으로 전동킥보드 관련 태도, 개인형 이동장치 수용성, 개인형 이동장치 이동성을 측정하였다. 한편, 전동킥보드 영상이 전동킥보드 관련 태도에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고 이러한 태도 변화의 지속성을 살펴보기 위해 종단연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 전동킥보드 관련 태도는 법규위반행동과 일탈행동에 대한 태도(위험인식, 시비판단)로 이루어져 있었으며, 개인형 이동장치의 수용성은 효용성, 안전성, 용이성으로 이루어져 있었다. 전동킥보드 영상은 전동킥보드 관련 태도 중 법규위반행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 태도변화의 지속성은 관찰되지 않았다. 개인형 이동장치 관련 태도 중효용성과 법규위반행동에 대한 위험인식이 개인형 이동장치의 이동성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The aim of this study was examined the variables affecting the mobility of PM(personal mobility) through attitudes related to electric kickboards and the acceptability of PM. In this study, 344 participants responded to qeustionnaire on attitudes toward E-scooter, acceptance of PM, and mobility of PM. In company with this survey, we conducted a longitudinal research to explore how E-scooter video influenced attitudes related and examined the continuity of the changed attitude. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that attitudes toward E-scooter consisted of attitudes toward law-violating behavior and deviant behavior, and that the acceptability of PM consisted of utility, safety, and easiness. The E-scooter video was found to have a significant impact on law-violating behavior among attitudes toward E-scooter, but the persistence of attitude change was not observed. Among attitudes toward PM, utility and risk perception of E-scooter law-violating behavior were variables that significantly affect the mobility of PM.
