本稿は大学の日本就職支援プログラム中の一つとして実施された大学単独の「日本就職博覧会」について紹介し、これから日本就職博覧会を予定している機関と大学に役立つことを目的とした。 本稿ではまず、学部の日本就職支援システムと政府支援事業プログラムの紹介の後、日本就職博覧会のための運営事務局と学生、企業側の役割等について紹介した。また、博覧会に参加した面接者を対象にしたアンケート調査を通して、学生が受けている日本就職プログラムと日本就職を目指している理由やいままで日本就職のためにどのような準備と努力をしてきたのかなどがわかった。 そして、博覧会に対する高い満足度と、後輩や知人への博覧会への高い勧誘度や勧誘したい理由などから大学主催の博覧会の有効性が確認できた。これからも学生の日本就職に対する意識と要望事項をもとに、よりよい日本就職博覧会の開催を通して学生たちの日本就職を支援していきたい。
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to help the organizations and universities that plan to organize the Japan Job Fair in the future by introducing the case of the “Japan Job Fair” held as part of the employment support programs at the author’s university. In this paper, after we introduce the Japan employment support system for the undergraduate students and the government support program, we explain the roles of the administration office, students, and the companies which participated in the Japan job fair. Also, I was able to confirm the effectiveness of the university-sponsored job fair, as reflected in the high level satisfaction of the participants with the job fair and their willingness to encourage their friends to participate in the job fair. Based on the students’ awareness and desire for employment in Japan, I would like to support their employment in Japan by organizing a better job fair.
