本稿では、大阪の代表的な在日コリアン居住地域である生野区(鶴橋および旧猪飼野地域)を中心に、その敍事とともに大阪市の「多文化共生」概念と指針について、日本国内の「共生」概念を補助線として考察した。 在日コリアンが帝国主義支配と植民地の日常的差別の中にあった存在ならば、彼らのディアスポラ的存在は2023年の現時点では韓日の境界を行き来する層位で再び構成されなければならない。現在、生野区の在日コリアンは過去の歴史と場所を巡る文化的、社会的利害が融合し分裂しながら多様な日本社会の中で「共生」の方式を模索している。過去の被植民地人としての記憶を持ちながらも、それを超えた位置を探そうとする動きは2023年4月29日に設立された大阪コリアン歴史資料館に代表される。そこの庭には「共生」の碑が建てられている。 日本にとって「ポストコロニアリズムというのは何か」の出発点は、「植民地支配の戦前」と「脱植民地化の前後」の断絶と連続という問題だろう。日本の「多文化共生」は、日本という国民国家の中で連続しながらも断絶してきた「中にいる他者」である在日コリアンという存在を包容し、「相生」に進まなければならないだろう。
Abstract
This article focuses on Ikuno-ku (Tsuruhashi and former Kaeno areas), a representative Korean residential area in Osaka, and examines Osaka City's concept of "multicultural symbiosis" and guidelines as auxiliary lines. If Korean residents in Japan were in the midst of imperialist rule and colonial discrimination, their diaspora-like way of existence would be reconstructed in 2023 at the level that crosses the boundaries of Korea and Japan. Currently, Korean residents in Ikuno-gu and Ikuno-gu are seeking a "symbiotic" method in various Japanese society as cultural and social interests over past history and places merge and divide.The Osaka Korea Historical Archives, which was established on April 29, 2023, is representative of the movement finding a place beyond the past colonial rule. There is a monument to "symbiosis" in the garden. For Japan, the starting point of "what is postcolonialism" is probably the disconnection and continuity of "pre-colonialization" and "before and after decolonization."Japan's "multicultural symbiosis" should embrace the existence of a "batter inside" in Japan, which has been cut off continuously in Japan's national state, and move toward "coincidence.“
