장애아동 의료, 재활, 특수교육 관련서비스 지원체계에 대한 부모 인식 중요도-실행도 분석 연구

본 연구는 설문을 통해 K도 장애아동 부모 대상으로 전반적인 의료, 재활, 관련 서비스에 대한 중요도와 실행도 인식을 살펴보았다. 의료, 재활, 관련 서비스 실행과 관련해 실행도와 중요도 대한 부모들이 인식을 알아보고 이들 간에 통계적 차이를 알아보았다. 또한 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis; IPA)을 통해 장애아동의 부모가 생각하는 개선이 필요한 실제들을 확인해 보았다. 연구 결과, 의료, 재활, 특수교육 관련서비스 실행의 중요성을 높이 평가했지만, 현재 실행의 정도는 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 중요도와 실행도의 인식의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과, 특수교사와 물리치료사의 적절한 수급, 병원학교, 소아 재활 장비 시설, 그리고 재활치료 지원비에서 개선이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구의 제한점과 시사점을 논하였다.
Abstract
This study surveyed perception of the parents of children with disabilities regarding current health care, rehabilitation and special education service systems. Particularly, their perception about the difference between importance and satisfaction of current implementation of the services were examined. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to identify the specific practice to improve. As results, respondents rated more highly the importance of all practice comparing it to their lower level rating of performance with statistical significance. The results of Important-Performance Analysis identified followings as priorities to improve; the number of early childhood special educators, physical therapist, hospital schools, rehabilitation equipment and facility, and collaboration between therapy service and home. The limitations of the present study and directions for future research are discussed.
