이 연구는 특수교사 임파워먼트 측정 척도의 타당화를 제안하기 위하여 수행되었다. 특수교사 임파워먼트를 측정하기 위하여 의미성, 역량, 자기결정, 그리고 영향력 요인에 각각 5문항을 배정하여 모두 20개 문항을 개발하였다. 전국의 특수교사 351명의 자료를 수집하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증에서 2개 문항이 삭제되었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 4개 문항이 삭제되어 특수교사 임파워먼트 측정 척도는 모두 14개 문항으로 구성되었다. 특수교사 임파워먼트 모형의 적합도 검증을 통하여 14개 문항에 대한 적합지수는 모두 수용수준에 해당하여 타당화가 검증되었다. 이 연구에서는 특수교사 임파워먼트의 네 가지 요인에 대한 관계의 영향력을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest the development and validation of the empowerment scale for special education teachers. The questionnaire with 20 items to develop the special school teachers’ empowerment scale was consisted with four factors such as meaning, capability, self-determination, and influence. The 351 special school teachers were participated for this study. The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were utilized to analyze the empowerment survey. The results of this study were that: (a) the two items were deleted after the exploratory factor analysis; and (b) the four items were deleted after the confirmatory factor analysis. The empowerment scale with 14 items for special school teachers had the acceptable levels in the model fit index. Therefore the validation of the empowerment scale for special education teachers was verified statistically. Also this study suggested the relationships of the four factors of the empowerment scale.
