초록

본 논문은 공공부문의 지적자본이 조직의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도의 공무원을 대상으로 행한 설문조사자료를 활용하였다. 지적자본으로 인적 자본, 구조적 자본, 관계적 자본의 세 유형을 사용하였고, 개인적 특성을 나타내는 변수도 사용하였다. 분석결과, 세 유형의 자본 모두 생산성에 유의미한 것으로 나타났는데, 상대적 중요도는 관계적 자본, 구조적 자본, 인적 자본의 순이었다. 개인별 특성에 따라 세 유형에 대한 차이도 존재하는 바 그러한 관계의 특성을 잘 파악하여 시정·보완함으로써 조직의 생산성에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of intellectual capital on organizational productivity in the public sector. For this purpose, the survey data on the civil servants of Jeollabuk-do were used. Three types of intellectual capital are used: human capital, structural capital, and relational capital. We also used variables representing personal characteristics such as gender, education, age and class. The results of analysis showed that all three types of capital were significant for productivity, with relative importance in the order of relational capital, structural capital, and human capital. There are also differences among the three types according to individual characteristics. By understanding the characteristics of such relationships and correcting and supplementing them, they can contribute to the improvement of organizational productivity.
