본 연구는 긍정훈육 독서활동 프로그램이 보육교사들의 아동학대 예방에 대한 인식변화 에 미치는 효과와 보육교사들의 요구를 알아봄으로써 보육교사에게 효과적인 아동학대 예방 프로그램을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 전국 공공형 어린이집 보육교사 74명을 대상으로 아동학대 예방을 위한 "긍정 훈육 독서 활동 프로그램“을 6회 실시하였으며, 프로그램 사전과 사후에 보육교사들의 아동학대에 대한 인식 조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 긍정 훈육 독서 활동 프로그램은 보육교사의 아동학대 예방 인식에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사들은 아동학대 예방을 위한 다양한 복지 및 지원 방안을 요구하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 아동학대 예방을 위한 다양한 교사들의 요구를 반영한 프로그램 지원 및 교사지원이 확대될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present effective child abuse prevention programs to child care teachers by identifying the effect of positive discipline reading programs on child abuse prevention and the needs of child care teachers. This study conducted a six-time "positive discipline reading activity program" to prevent child abuse among 74 daycare center teachers nationwide, and conducted a survey on the awareness of child abuse by childcare teachers before and after the program. Key findings include: First, this positive discipline reading activity program has a positive impact on child care teachers' perception of child abuse prevention. Second, child care teachers demanded various welfare and support measures to prevent child abuse. These results are expected to expand program support and teacher support that reflect the needs of various teachers to prevent child abuse.
