참여모델에 근거한 AAC 당사자의 기회장벽 경험에 대한 문헌고찰

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 장애 당사자 입장에서 AAC 활용 상의 어려움과 개선에 대한 요구를 분석하여 향후 장애인 AAC 지원정책을 수립하는데 기초 자료를 제공하고자 함이다. [방법] AAC 사용에 대한 장애 당사자가 참여한 질적연구을 대상으로 참여모델의한 기회장벽의 하위구성요소를 분석틀로 하여 AAC 활용의 어려움과 지원 요구를 분석하였다. 분석대상 논문에 참여한 장애당사자는 총 37명이었으며, 참여자의 92%가 중증 뇌병변 장애성인이었다. [결과] 연구결과, 총 21개의 대주제와 34개 하위주제(어려움 21개, 요구 13개)가 도출되었다. 기회장벽으로 인해 겪는 어려움은 총 21개로, 빈도는 태도장벽과 기술장벽이 가장 많았고, 정책장벽, 지식장벽, 실제(관습)장벽 순으로 나타났다. 지원 요구의 경우 13개로, 빈도는 정책장벽에 대한 요구가 가장 많이 언급되었고, 실제장벽과 지식장벽, 태도장벽, 기술장벽순으로 나타났다. [결론] 연구결과를 토대로 AAC 당사자의 효율적인 의사소통 향상을 위한 향후 지원방향 및 정책에 대한 논의와 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for establishing AAC support policies for the disabled in the future by analyzing the difficulties in using AAC from the perspective of the disabled and the needs for improvement. [Method] This study used the opportunity barriers based on the participation model as the analysis frame. We analyzed the difficulties and support needs shown in previous studies related to the experiences of AAC parties. There were a total of 4 papers to be analyzed, 37 subjects participated in the study, and 92% of the participants were adults with severe brain lesion. [Results] As a result of this study, a total of 21 major themes and 34 sub-topics (21 difficulties, 13 demands) were derived. There were a total of 21 difficulties encountered by opportunity barriers, and the most frequent were attitude barriers and technical barriers followed by policy barriers, knowledge barriers, and practical(customary) barriers appeared in the following order. In the case of support requests, there were 13, and as for the frequency, the request for policy barriers was mentioned the most, followed by actual barriers,knowledge barriers, attitude barriers, and technical barriers, appeared in that order. [Conclusion] Based on the research results, discussions and suggestions were made on support for the effective communication improvement of AAC users.
