초록

본 연구의 목적은 전문가 델파이 설문과정을 통해 생애주기별, 장애유형별 장애인 보호자 지원 체계 구축에 필요한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 3차에 걸친 전문가 델파이 설문을 실시하였다. 4개 집단 유형(특수교육 전공 및 전문직 패널, 특수교사, 장애인 보호자, 장애인 복지관련 기관에 종사자)에 속한 총 18명이 참가하였다. 연구결과, 전문가 패널은 생애주기별 특수성을 반영한 지원체계 개발을 강조하였다. 유아기의 경우, 장애영유아기의 발달특성 및 성장특성 관련 부모교육 지원을 강조, 아동⋅청소년기의 경우, 장애학생과의 의사소통 및 장애학생의 도전적 행동 중재 관련 교육, 양육기술 교육을 강조, 전환기 및 성인기 장애인 보호자 지원 체계에 관해 장애인 대상 직업생활 지원, 직업재활 교육, 장애인의 자립, 권리 옹호를 강조하고 특히 장애인 본인의 자립과 직업 관련 서비스를 강조하였다. 또한 장애유형별(예: 시각, 청각, 발달장애 등) 강조되어야 하는 보호자 지원체계의 특성에 대해서도 의견을 주었다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 장애인 보호자 지원체계 방향성에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to draw implications necessary for improving the support system for caregivers for people with disabilities through Delphi method with experts on family support. The subjects of this study are a total of 18 experts, including special education professors, education administrators, special teachers,guardians of the disabled, doctors, oriental doctors, social workers, etc. A total of three expert Delphi surveys were conducted. Experts emphasized that a differentiated support system should be developed according to the life cycle of the disabled and the characteristics of the disabled (eg, visual impairment, hearing impairment, etc.). In addition, the need for additional care support necessary for participation in rest and counseling programs was suggested, as well as the provision of a system in which guardians of the disabled can easily access information on support programs for them.
