장애성인의 평생교육 프로그램 참여 만족도 및 학습성과 분석

이 연구는 장애성인의 평생교육 프로그램 참여 만족도 및 학습성과를 파악하고 이를 통해 장애인 평생교육 프로그램의 발전 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있으며, 이를 위해 장애인 평생교육 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 장애성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구에 참여한 장애성인은 총 127명으로 이들은 최근 1년 간 평생교육 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 자들 중 타인에 도움 없이 스스로 설문 문항을 읽고 이해할 수 있는 자로 선발하였다. 이들을 대상으로 수행한 조사 및 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 평생교육 프로그램에 참여한 장애성인은 대체로 자신이 참여한 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 특히, 프로그램 운영 강사에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 한편, 이들은 프로그램 운영 기관의 장애인 편의시설 관리에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 둘째, 장애인 평생교육 프로그램에 참여한 장애성인은 대체로 개인영역에서 높은 성과를 보였으며, 특히, 행복감 증진 영역에서 높은 성과를 보였다. 이에 반해 장애성인은 대체로 직업영역에서 낮은 성과를 보였으며, 특히 소득증대 영역에서 가장 낮은 성과를 보였다. 또한, 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인 평생교육 발전 방안에 대해 표준화된 만족도 및 학습성과 조사 도구 개발, 일반⋅장애인 평생교육기관 편의시설 정비, 사업체 연계형 장애인 평생교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영 등과 같은 내용을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the satisfaction and study achievement of adults with disabilities in lifelong education programs and to present ways to develop lifelong education programs for the disabled, and for achieving the purpose, a survey was conducted on disabled adults who have the experience of participating in lifelong education programs. A total of 127 adults with disabilities participated in the study, and among those who have participated in lifelong education programs over the past year, participants who could read and understand questionnaires without anyone’s help were selected. The results of the survey and analysis conducted on selected participants are as follows. First, adults with disabilities who participated in lifelong education programs for the disabled generally showed high satisfaction with the participated programs and especially the satisfaction with the program instructor was the highest. On the other hand, they showed the lowest satisfaction with the management of convenience facilities for the disabled of the program operating institution. Second, adults with disabilities who participated in lifelong education programs for the disabled generally showed high performance in the individual field, especially in euphoria increase. On the other hand, adults with disabilities generally showed low performance in the occupation area. Particularly the area of income growth rated the lowest performance. In addition, based on the above research results, research tools for the development of standardized satisfaction and learning outcomes for the disabled life-long education growth plan, maintaining general-disabled lifelong education institution convenience facilities, development and operation of business engaged lifelong education programs for the disabled, etc were suggested.
