본 연구의 목적은 자폐범주성장애아동의 신체활동 기반 의사소통 연구를 체계적 문헌고찰(Systematic Review)을 통해 연구동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 실시하는 체계적 문헌고찰은 통상적으로 핵심질문(PICOS)의 정의와 문헌검색과 문헌선택, 문헌분류, 자료 추출, 비뚤림 위험평가, 자료 분석과 결과제시의 과정으로 진행되었다. 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 이용하여 2000년부터 2024년까지 자폐범주성장애아동의 신체활동 기반 의사소통 분석 연구자료를 이용하였다. 자료수집은 PRISMA guide line 절차를 따라 추출하였다. 본 연구 목적에 맞는 논문을 수집하기 위해 체계적 문헌고찰 방법으로 국내 자폐범주성장애아동의 신체활동 기반 의사소통 분석 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 최종 선택된 연구 문헌은 총 11개의 연구가 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 11편의 무작위 대조군 연구가 신체활동기반 의사소통에 대한 근거수준이 높은 편이었다. 신체활동 기반 의사소통 중재의 종속변인은 신체적, 정서행동, 사회의사소통, 인지 순이었다. 본 연구는 자폐범주성장애아동을 대상으로 한 신체활동 기반 의사소통 관련 국내 문헌을 체계적으로 분석하여 연구동향, 중재의 특성 및 주요 연구결과를 종합적으로 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 향후 국내 현장 전문가, 학부모에게 신체활동 기반 의사소통 모형 및 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하고, 향후 연구의 발전 방향을 모색하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify research trends in physical activity-based communication interventions for children with autism through a systematic literature review. This systematic review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines and followed standard procedures, including the definition of key research questions based on the PICOS framework, literature search and selection, data extraction, risk of bias assessment, and analysis and reporting of results. Using the systematic review method, studies published between 2000 and 2024 were analyzed following PRISMA guidelines. Relevant studies focusing on physical activity-based communication for children with autism spectrum disorder in Korea were collected and screened. A total of 11 studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the final analysis. Among these, 11 randomized controlled trials demonstrated a relatively high level of evidence for the effectiveness of physical activity-based communication interventions. The dependent variables targeted by these interventions were classified into four domains: physical, emotional-behavioral, social-communicative, and cognitive. The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze domestic literature on physical activity–based communication interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder and to comprehensively examine research trends, characteristics of interventions, and key research outcomes. Through this review, the study aims to highlight the necessity of developing physical activity–based communication models and programs for professionals and parents in domestic practice settings. Furthermore, the findings of this study are intended to provide foundational data for guiding future research directions and advancing the field.
