감각통합심리운동을 통한 신체활동이 자폐성 장애유아의 의사소통기능 습득과 상동행동 감소에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 감각통합심리운동을 통한 신체활동이 자폐성 장애유아의 의사소통기능 습득과 상동행동 감소에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 실험연구로서 자폐성 장애유아 3명을 대상으로 주 3회 매회기 40분 내외로 총 38회기에 걸쳐 실시하였으며 대상자간 중다 기초선 실험설계를 하였다. 자폐성 장애유아들의 의사소통기능 습득에 따른 수행율 연구결과는 기초선에서 거의 나타나지 않았던 의사소통기능 수행이 중재가 시작되면서 대상유아 3명 모두에게서 완만하게 점진으로 상승하는 수행의 증가를 나타내었다. 유지 단계의 3회기 또한 중재 단계의 평균 수행율보다 높은 수행율을 보였다. 의사소통기능 수단별 표현에서는 대상유아 A와 B는 비언어적으로 표현한 수행율이 가장 높았지만 대상유아 C는 비언어적+언어적으로 표현한 수행율이 가장 높았다. 상동행동의 빈도수 감소에 대한 변화 또한 기초선 단계에서 대상유아 3명 모두 평균 20회 이상의 많은 상동행동의 빈도수를 보였으나 중재가 시작되면서 점진적으로 감소하는 빈도수를 보였으며, 특히 중재 종료 전 5회기 평균 상동행동의 빈도수는 5회 내외로 많은 감소를 나타내었다. 유지 단계 또한 3명의 대상유아 모두에게서 긍정적 결과를 가졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 자폐성 장애유아의 의사소통기능 습득과 상동행동 개선을 위한 감각통합심리운동의 신체활동 적용 방법에 관한 효과의 검증과 후속 연구에 대하여 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study is an experimental study as an autistic infants around three main targets three people each time period 40 minutes to find out the effects of sensory integrative psychological physical activity and communicate in autistic children with motor skills acquisition and stereotypic behaviors was conducted over a total of 38 sessions were jungda the baseline between subjects experimental design. Rate studies carried out in accordance with the features of autistic children learn to communicate while being a doctor performs communication features that appear almost from the base line to start interventions showed an increase of performing a gradual rise gently from all target children 3 people. Third session of the maintenance phase also showed a higher rate than the average execution rate of performing arbitration phase.Communicative functions expressed by means of the target and non-verbal infants A B is the highest performing rate expressed as a target, but the highest infant C is carried out Rate + representation of non-verbal language. Changes in the frequency of reduction in stereotypic behaviors also target children 3 people both showed the frequency of many stereotypic behaviors average more than 20 times or start arbitration in the baseline phase as showed the frequency gradually decreased, especially arbitration before ending five sessions average homology the frequency of behaviors appear naeeotda many reduced to around 5 times. Maintenance phase also had positive results from all three target children. Verification and follow-up studies of sensory integration effect on the psychology of physical activity applied method of exercise for these findings autistic doctors to improve communication capability acquisition and stereotypic behaviors of children on the basis of It was against the proposal.
