공무원 국어 시험 문법 영역의 위계성 분석 - 최근 3년간 출제된 군무원, 국회직, 지방직 공무원 국어 시험을 중심으로

본 연구는 공무원 국어 시험의 문법 영역에서 급수별 위계성을 분석하고 문제점을 진단하여 개선 방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석 결과, 군무원, 국회직, 지방직 공무원 국어 시험의 문법 문항에서 복잡성과 교수성은 대부분 단순한 구성에 머물렀다. 학습성 또한 ‘기억’ 수준의 문항이 주를 이루어 ‘탐구’ 및 ‘융합’과 같이 고차원적인 사고력을 평가하는 문항이 드물었다. 난도 역시 급수의 구분 없이 ‘하’나 ‘중’ 수준의 문항이 대부분이어서 상위 직급에서 심화 수준이 충분히 구현되지 않았다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 상위 직급에서 복잡성과 교수성을 높여 문항 구성을 다양화하고, ‘융합’형 문항과 고난도 문항 비중을 확대하여 심화 수준을 강화하는 개선 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the hierarchical structure of the grammar section in civil service Korean language tests, diagnose existing issues, and propose measures for improving them. Analysis results, In the grammar questions of the civil service Korean language tests for military personnel, National Assembly officials, and local government officials, complexity and teachability remained largely simplistic. Most questions focused on "recall" level learnability, with only a few assessing higher-order thinking skills such as "inquiry" and "integration." In terms of difficulty, most questions were classified as "low" or "medium" regardless of grade levels, leading to a failure in implementing a sufficiently advanced level for higher-ranking positions. On this basis, this study proposes ways for improving the tests, such as increasing complexity and teachability in higher-level tests, diversifying question compositions, and expanding the proportion of "integration"-types and high- difficulty questions to enhance the depth of assessment.
