이 논문은 근래 문학 과목에서의 융합교육 약사를 탐구하기 위해, 2012 고시 교과서, 2015 개정 교과서, 2022 개정 교육과정에 주목한다. 2012 고시 문학 교과서에서 융합교육의 대상인 인접 분야는 미술과 사회‧역사로 쏠려 있었다. 미술과의 융합교육은 미술과 문학의 단순 영향 관계만을 부각하고, 미술을 흥미 유발을 위한 교육적 소도구로만 사용하며, 전문적 교육내용을 마련하지 아니한다. 인접 분야의 사회‧역사로의 쏠림 현상은 사회 현실/반영이 문학교육의 초점이자 문학의 사명이라 믿었던 오랜 전통과 연관된다. 이 논문은 심리학과 철학을 비롯한 다양한 인문학이 그 전문적 교육내용과 함께 융합적 문학교육의 장에 진입하기를 제안하는데, 2012 고시 문학 교과서에서 그 적극적인 시도를 발견할 수 없다. 그나마 미미하게 발견되는 철학과 문학교육의 융합 시도마저 실은 상투적 도덕과의 융합이었다. 2015 개정 문학 교과서에서 인접 분야 교육의 현저한 축소를 목격할 수 있다. 인접 분야로서 미술과 사회‧역사로의 쏠림 현상과 이 분야에서의 융합교육 구현 양상은 2012 고시 문학 교과서의 경우와 크게 달라지지 않았다. 철학과 심리학 분야에서 전문적 교육내용이 등장한 점은 특기할 만하나 그것이 마지막 시도가 되었다. 2022 개정 문학 교육과정에서 인접 분야 관련 성취기준은 아예 사라졌다. 이 논문은 융합교육 강화를 지지하며 심리학과 철학 등 다양한 인문학을 문학교육에 도입할 것, 그 전문적인 교육내용을 마련할 것, 이를 위해 인접 분야 전문가와 협업 가능성을 열어둘 것을 제안한다.
Abstract
This thesis explores the short history of convergence education in recent literature subjects by focusing on the 2012 announced textbooks, the 2015 revised textbooks, and the 2022 revised curriculum. In the 2012 announced literature textbooks, the adjacent fields placed more focus on art and society and history. However, the convergence education with art fails to provide professional educational content, highlighting only the simple influence relationship between art and literature and using art merely as an educational tool for inducing interest. This thesis argues that various humanities subjects, including psychology and philosophy, enter the field of convergence literary education along with professional educational content. However, the 2012 announced textbook lacked such efforts. Even the attempt, which was rather insignificant, resulted in a fusion with cliché of morality. As for the 2015 revised literature textbook, the study found a remarkable reduction in relation to the education in adjacent fields. It is noteworthy that professional educational content emerged in the fields of philosophy and psychology, but a similar attempt was not made since then. In the 2022 revised literary curriculum, achievement standards related to adjacent fields disappeared altogether.
