The purpose of this study is suggest an improvement plan of foreigner exclusive casinos in Korea by analyzing efficiency of the foreigner exclusive casinos in Korea which are being changed to integrated resorts with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to analyze the efficiency. For the input factors, the number of employees and the area of places of business were used. For the output factors, sales was used. The analytical result of all the CCR model and BCC model of the foreigner exclusive casinos in Korea has found that efficient casinos are two places of Seven Luck Casino, Hilton Branch in Northern Seoul and Jeju Shinhwa World Casino and other casinos require improvement. Especially, improvement of casinos in areas except Seoul is required as it has found that their inefficiency is higher than that of casinos in Seoul.
