Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to reveal that worker rights to safety in the workplace is obviously an important one. Therefore, first, I shall examine that worker have a right to safe and healthy workplace. I will deal with questions of the rights of workers with regard to the workplace environments under which they work. And I will deal with how worker's safety and healthy are best protected, and how worker's rights are explained in relation to ethical issues of safety and healthy in workplace. Second, I shall argue that employers and managers have the responsibility to inform worker and potential worker of all safety and healthy risk involved in their workplace. And then, I shall obviously reveal that workers should have a rights to know the risks associated with their workplace. That is, I shall reveal that workers should have the right to be informed about hazardous workplace. Third, finally, I shall argue that workers should have the right to participate or refuse hazardous work. I will examine Robert Sass's discussion that should be extended and deepened to ethically permit worker's manifesto rights to participate or refuse a job believed to be hazardous work. And then, I shall reveal that not only do workers should have the right to know about risks in hazardous workplace, but they also should have manifesto rights about risks in hazardous workplace. Therefore, according to Sass, I will believe there is a need to permit worker's rights, that is, the right to know about his or her risks, the right to participate in controlling the all work process, and the right to refuse hazardous workplace environment.
