The purpose of this study was to understand how the recognition environment of the chefs working in the kitchens of hotels about their kitchens affects their job esteem attitude, and verify how the job esteem attitude affects their Job behavior. The study also intended to verify the mediated effect of job esteem in the relationship between kitchen environment and Job behavior. For this, a total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and 270 responses were collected from March 1, 2016 to March 16, and the collected questionnaires were analyzed using statistical package SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 through Data coding. The results were as follows: The chefs working in the kitchen of the good internal environment have shown their job esteem attitude and strong self-esteem. Hotel operators should develop many programs to raise and improve chefs' job esteem attitude and make efforts to improve kitchen environment for creating profitability and securing economic power in order to enhance the job esteem attitude and Job behavior of the chefs who directly contribute to producing products.
