비서학 연구를 위한 현상학적 고찰

본 연구는 전통적인 경험주의적 비서연구 방법론의 문제점을 살펴보고, 그에 따른 보완으로 현상학적 방법론을 비서학연구에 도입함으로써 비서현상에 대한 인식의 지평을 확대하고자 하였다. 다른 사회과학의 분야에서도 본 연구자와 동일한 논리로 현상학적 방법론을 사회과학적 연구에 적용하려는 시도는 있었으나, 구체적인 적용방식은 제시하지 못했다는 한계가 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 현상학의 방법론적 논의는 어느 다른 학문보다도 비서학연구에 적용하는데 있어서 철학적 함의 뿐만 아니라 실질적으로 연구분야에 대하여 구체적으로 적용가능성을 탐색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구를 위하여 현상학의 주요개념 중에서 비서학연구에 적용할만한 개념으로 상호주관성과 생활세계의 개념을 차용하여 비서현상의 인식과 해석에 적용한 것이다. 이러한 주요 개념으로부터 현상학이 비서학연구에 가지는 함의를 탐색하고, 보다 구체적으로 현상학과 비서학의 기능적 접점을 세 가치 차원에서 시도하였다. 상사-비서의 관계함수에 대한 현상학적 함의 탐색, 비서의 상사관리의 본질에 대한 현상학적 함의, 그리고 상사-비서의 고맥락 커뮤니케이션 문화에 대한 현상학적 함의를 탐색하였다. 이들에 대한 연구결과는 비서현상에 내재하는 철학적 의미를 이해하는 것이며, 인식론적 기반을 정립하는 작업으로 기여함에 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study tries to enlarge the cognitive scopes of secretarial science or secretarial phenomena through the application of phenomenological methodology. Most of social scientists tried to fail to exploit their studies by the introducing phenomenology, However, This work would propose that secretarial science has much implications and practical instructions which philosophical thinking of phenomenology would involve implications to social sciences. By the application of the phenomenological terminology, Intersubjectivity and We-Relationship, to secretarial phenomena, This study tries to study the 3-dimensions of the practicability of phenomenological methodology to secretarial science. 1st is that the relationship of Boss-Secretary would have the phenomenological implications. 2nd is that managing-up of secretary would have the phenomenological implications. 3rd is that the communication culture of high-context between Boss-Secretary would have the phenomenological implications. This study has much significance in setting up the secretarial science, that is, the enlargement the epistemologically prospect of secretarial science and the application of a new viewpoint toward secretarial phenomena.
