조리교육특성이 학습동기와 진로효능감의 영향 관계 연구

초록

The study tested the impact of culinary education characteristics on learning motivation and career efficacy among college students majoring in culinary arts. The survey collected 282 copies from May 1st to 30th, 2023, and the results were analyzed using the statistical package SPSS 22. The analysis results are as follows. First, It was confirmed that cooking education characteristics have a positive influence on learning motivation. Attention, sense of accomplishment, and satisfaction can be important factors in forming learners' values and self-development regarding their career path and identity in their field of study through the characteristics of culinary education. Second, It was confirmed that learning motivation had a positive effect on career efficacy. A good solution is to decide on a career path with confidence and efficacy as a solution to create opportunities for yourself to develop your own continuous self-actualization. Third, It was confirmed that the characteristics of cooking education had a positive effect on career efficacy. It is necessary to develop appropriate use of educational information and to develop desirable habits as experts, forming creative intellectuals and professional manpower necessary for the industry. To sum up the results of this study, Gain new knowledge through training to change students' mindset through cooking education, It is necessary to use educational information appropriately and develop desirable habits as an expert to form creative intellectuals and professional manpower needed in industry.

Abstract

The study tested the impact of culinary education characteristics on learning motivation and career efficacy among college students majoring in culinary arts.
