This study was conducted, based on previous studies on Learning-Flow factors of Culinary Art Major College Students-temporal, behavioral, cognitive and emotional devotion- and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, to extract related variables, test hypotheses and analyze actual proof in order to varify the influencing relationship of Culinary Art Major College Students' Learning-Flow factors on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy. Furthermore, this study was aimed to suggest academical and practical implications for increasing devotion that encourages college students to have confidence in career and acting power which can ultimately help them overcome employment difficulty and raise their Career Preparation and Major Competitiveness so that they can plan future by improving positive Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy. This study can also be utilized as a basic information on method to increase Learning-Flow and direction of students' Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy
Abstract
