Korean dance’s footing (Bal-di-dim) makes Exhilaration (Sin-myung) and it is consisted from slow footing to fast and narrow footing accompaniment to fast rhythm. This Korean dance with full of tenacious vitality and ‘stopping breath’ makes Exhilaration (Sin-myung) to both dancer and viewers. Exhilaration (Sin-myung)in that time can be seen as bright and exciting state with harmonious state with the universe and Mother Nature. Also this Exhilaration (Sin-myung)isbeing connected with calmness of returning to everyday life without excess of emotion.
