승무의 전수 내용과 교육의 내적 논리

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the intrinsic logic in the teaching methods and contents the traditional dance Seungmu, and to reshape educational direction and contents of Korean traditional dance from this examination. To solve this problem, I made traditional Seungmu as a main subject because it's well keeping contents and form of traditional dance, and it's a model of traditional dance. Because this traditional dance as a intangible cultural assets is a target of protection, preservation and transmission concept holds a dominant position than artistic creation concept in traditional dance. The traditional dance education issue which we are facing these days comes from the preservation and transmission of intangible cultural assets. In spite the fact that traditional dance has solidity but no original form because it changes and it's vivid, a traditional dance education that is trying to preserve the original form, reached to closed education contents and a teaching method which is only handed down by words. And a traditional dance education has been formed by transmitted traditional dance movement. We can find a trace that can solve this problem in traditional dance and can also keep the preservation and develop the possibility of constant expand of traditional Seungmu, is in remodeling the concept of it. A real tradition is not a fossilized concept, but a contents of life that breathing right here, right now. So it right to approach traditional Seungmu as succession and development concept, not in a simple preservation.
