The purpose of this study is to develop assessment tools which can observe children’sdance talent. The first step, open-ended survey was conducted to 82 parents of dance majorstudents. The analysis of survey responses derived the 5 constructing factors and 138questions. The second step, the basic survey with 138 questions was carried out to 228parents. As a result of the analysis 30 questions according to the 5 constructing factors wasderived. The third step, the survey was conducted to 150 parents in order to verify the suitabilityof 30 questions in accordance with 5 factors.
